From a small brand of limited edition t-shirts, we are continuously developing into a full lifestyle brand, with products ranging from apparel to home accessories, all carrying our passionate messages of nationalism. Our community of supporters, fellow designers, and like- minded people has grown as well, and with them we continue to share knowledge and promote graphic design collaboratively. With the community and our growing studio family, we invite you to make your mark and join the movement.

We have always been a hands-on team. Hauling, packing, canvassing, designing, silkscreen printing–everything involved in running a studio and producing merchandise–you name it, we’ve done it. Together. Having the design, production and selling processes all take place under one roof during our first few years of operations has made Team Manila into the close-knit hardworking family that it is today.

We make it a point to actively participate, be visible and accessible, and reach out to the online community through social media. Much of our success is due to continuous word-of-mouth influence, so we maintain accounts in various online social networks. Local press have also shown great support to our movement of spreading nationalism among the Filipino youth. We are fulfilled and thankful to know that we have touched a lot of people willing to join our cause. The support we receive keeps us thinking of new concepts that can represent our country.

Our team has always emphasized passion, hard work, and dedication. Working overtime is not a problem; if we’re passionate about a project, we see it from beginning to end. Our early selling days involved participation in small bazaars where all of us would pool resources and pitch in whatever efforts we could. “Kung buhat, buhat!” In everything we do, from building a store to putting up an event, our preparations are hands-on. We are simple and flexible hardworkers who frequent the carinderias and small indie gigs we have featured in our t-shirts. From 2 guys working in a suburban Paranaque garage we have grown into a strong family of 49 working in a Makati studio, 4 major stores and several distributors–a tight team bearing values instilled by years of passionate and dedicated hard work.

We, Team Manila, strive to reach more Filipinos here and abroad. To achieve this, we consistently push and increase our efforts; this year we are putting up a full online store which will support online distribution and reach the global market. We continue to develop our products to give them meaning and make them reflect positive Filipino values. We aim to introduce the Philippines internationally through our designs–relevant and meaningful products rich with the story, values, and personality of our national heritage. We have been dared in jest–and we have accepted–to close shop only once the Philippines has reached First World status.
